Water in basement

My house was put in about a foot too low. This has allowed water to come in under the walk out sliding door and the 30 foot wall on the east side. The place only leaks when the snow thaws and the ground is frozen. It doesn't seap up through the floor.

I have had some professionals come out and there is no place low enough on the acreage to tile away to and drain the water out to. So it looks like i'm left with bringing the water into the sump pump with an exterior tile system in front of the walkout that would come into the interior tile system. Or have interior system installed that would put holes in the foundation and let the water in and then drain it to the sump pump.

Does anyone have experience or expertise on this subject? Im skeptical if these interior systems work or do they create a worse problem. Most the information Im getting is from sales people and I don't want to make a hasty decision.
