egress windows

We need to put in two egress windows. We currently have two small windows on either side but need to place egress windows in basement to meet code so we can build bedrooms down there. Is this an expensive job? What price range should we look for? Work to be done: they would need to cut out 2 new windows in cinder block foundation and then install 2 windows.

It is fairly expensive. I'm not sure what the price with a black foundation is, but I've charged about $2400-$3000 to put egresses in 8"-12" concrete. This is in the Northwest, and the last one was put in two years ago.
