| We are contemplating purchasing a 7 yr old house and the inspector found a high mold count (7000) with an air sample for Cladisporium in the crawl space (block walls and concrete floor). A thorough visual inspection found a clean, dry crawlspace with a little light colored substance on a couple of the floor joists in one small area. What can I use to remove the mold?? My wife is very sensitive to chemicals and cannot use bleach, either.
Your suggestion would be greatly appreciated. |

| Bleach and a tank sprayer is really the best solution...Is is possible she can stay overnight at a relative? Then you can spray. |
