doors or flooring first?

Im at the point in my basement finishing project where I'm ready for flooring and doors. I'm going to be installing Legato carpet tiles in the family room and sheet vinyl in the Rec room.

Should I install flooring, or doors first? I hope I didn't screw up, when I roughed the door openings in according to the door instructions, but I wasn't taking into account the flooring height when I roughed in the openings. Example: The rough-in height of the door opening is from the concrete up to the top of the opening. Is it ok that I didn't take into account the flooring height?

I posted a similar post in the remodeling forum, but I'm trying to get additional input.

Thanks.
