| We are sectioning off a portion of our basement for a gym - it will include free weights, medicine balls, jump rope, an elliptical, treadmill and some room for stretching / yoga. Any ideas for good flooring that is warm, has some give and is easy to clean? Thank you. |

| Specialty sports flooring (or at least area mats) is the best choice. But it should be on top of a floor system that doesn't trap moisture. See link below. (This is not an endorsement of the site. For illustration only.) |
