Gym Flooring

We are sectioning off a portion of our basement for a gym - it will include free weights, medicine balls, jump rope, an elliptical, treadmill and some room for stretching / yoga. Any ideas for good flooring that is warm, has some give and is easy to clean? Thank you.

Specialty sports flooring (or at least area mats) is the best choice. But it should be on top of a floor system that doesn't trap moisture.
