| I had done some work in my basement in 1999 through a company name Basement Doctor Inc. PA. Now I am trying to reach them for some warranty work and cannot reach them. their PH# is disconnected or changed. Does somebody know if the company is bought over or changed their name. Any help is appreciated....

| The owner was indicted by the IRS recently. He is toast. He will eventually pop up under a different name. Basement RX is his old partner. He was owner at the time of your install. You may want to call him. Get the owner's name and Google it every couple months. He WILL reappear!! |
