| Hi,
We have living space in our basement that gets very damp in the warm months. I know there are no leaks, but clothes in the closet get moldy. Is the best solution to get a dehumidifier or is there another solution to keep the air dry? This area has a kitchen and bathroom. Thank you, salbwil |

| A dehumidifier is a must. Also, if you don't have them already, install exhaust fans for the bathroom and stove and vent them to the exterior. |

| Does anyone have a favorite dehumidifier ? Have installed the fans in bath and kitchen. Thanks, salbwil |

| Just get one that is energy star compliant an works down to low temperatures. I purchased mine at costco and I am satisfied with it. |
