basement flooring

I live in Ontario and would like to know what type of flooring should go over my subfloor.
I have installed Platon dimpled membrane on the concrete floor and am wondering if I need to use the OSB grooved flooring overtop it or can I butt plywood sheets against one another. Do the 4x8 sheets need to be screwed down or not. The Platon is screwed down.

I plan on installing carpet on top of the flooring.

I suspect OSB is the right choice but I do have several sheets of 3/4 inch plywood which would do part of the job. If OSB what size would be best?

The Platon doesn't have to be screwed down, but the subfloor of OSB or plywood does. The minimum thickness of the OSB/plywood subfloor is 7/16".

The only finish flooring over Platon that doesn't need a wood subfloor is laminate, which goes on top of its own underpad.
