I am having the same problem . We have had a pile of fall and spring rains. With the help of a friend who owns a back hoe we dug up all around my house. The weeping tile ( big o ) was plugged with silt. I put in new drainage tile, tarred the walls and put in lots of stone. Worked for a week . Water back in basement leaking at same spots.Very frustrating. My line drains into a deep ditch. I am going to pit a sump hole somewhere in basement floor and hope it will get access water. Sparky

Wow, sparky. I can't believe you put in so much work and you're still having the problem. You must be really frustrated. Good luck with your sump solution! We're strongly considering using one of these waterproofing companies to install an internal drainage system with sump pumps. However, I've heard such conflicting views as to whether this is a good solution or not. We'd love to finish our basement but it seems like a pipe dream for now.

Our 1 y.o. basement did develops a minor leak before. My builder did a surface patching first time around.

When it leaks again, a specialist came aboard & injected into the hole a 2 part epoxy solution. He kept injecting this solution until it ooze out of a second opening and capped it off.

Works great so far - maybe asked around if this might be the trick.

We just sold a house with a leaky basement (new owner knows about it). The driveway is settled and leans toward the house so rain puddles in the driveway and then slowly trickles down the wall of the basement. It's just a trickle of water, it's never been standing water. We coped with it by shoveling/sweeping the water away from the basement wall. We were told that the whole driveway would need to be torn out and replaced to fix the problem. Fortunately, it's now someone else's problem, not ours!
