Cracks in floor from earthquake

Our son's house in Virgina has some long, not deep but more superfical, cracks in the concrete basement floor from last years earthquake. They also discovered a 4 foot long 1/4 inch crack that angles down the ciderblock wall in the crawlspace in another area of the house. Evidently this crack allowed water in which started to flood the basement during a recent major storm.

Homeowner's insurance says they don't cover damage from earthqakes.

How can this be repaired? What are your recommendations? Thanks!
