Beams and joists

I have a new modular home and I would like opinions on the beams and joists in the basement. Home is a 28x60 with 2 halves coming together with 2 sets of 2-2"x10" held together with bolts. They are supported with posts with one bolt per post. There is a 2" space between the beams. The joists are 1 1/4x2 1/2 grooved to hold a vertical 6"x1/2" with spans from 16" to 9". I know the spans shorten to 9" to hold the mechanicals on main floor. These are pre-made at the factory with 24" openings for the heat runs and 3 six inch diameter openings for ducts. This is my first experience with a manufactured home. Does this setup sound like a normal modular home for it's size?
