| My basement was recently renovated and the contractor forgot to seal up the windows from the outside after putting ply and then sheetrocking them from the inside. What materials do I need to fill in these old windows and how do I go about doing it? |

| Will there be dirt piled against the opening? Was the area built over with an addition? I don't understand the reason of closing a window relagated by code otherwise. Ron |
