Ideas on basement improvement?

Hi All,

Just bought a home two months ago, I am thinking of doing some improvement projects. My finished basement has an OSE, which is covered with a bilco door and a glass door. I believe both the bilco door and glass lose lots of energy. Any idea to insulate them? Should I change the glass door to a wooden door? How you insulate a metal bilco door?

What's an OSE?
Don't see any reason to have a glass door covered with a bilco door. Not likely light is coming in. Get a cheap Stanley insulated door if you can match the R.O.dimensions.
