| I am finishing my basement and I am looking for ideas for insulating the ceiling. We have hardwood floors above most of the basement, so I want to sound proof those areas. Additionally, I am looking at insulating between a bedroom and the furnace room, as well as between a bathroom and our new theatre room.
What would be my best option? |

| I just used fiberglass batts in mine, mostly because I had a lot of them left over from another project, but it did the job. |
