wet basement/french drain

I have a 5 year old house with a french drain system. On heavy rain days two out of the five window wells fill up with water and overflow into the basement. What do I need to do to fix the problem?

I need to confirm that this is a structural issue. I have a Taylor Morrison home with a ten year structural warranty.

The builder rather obviously omitted one or more critical details in the window well weeper system.

Here is a diagram of the recommended way to do a window well and foundation drainage system.

A structural warranty does not apply to water penetration under the mandatory government warranty I build under.
