| I am finishing my basement and want to know peoples opinions about spot lights.
I am considering Par20 or GU-10 any opinions, pro's or cons, or experience would be appreciated. |

| If you mean recessed lights, they are fine for certain uses. How you use the space will dictate the lighting. When I finished my basement I used recessed lighting, wall sconces and flourescents. When the kids played down there the flourescents were usually on. Listening to music or TV the recessed/sconces were on. In the recessed cans you can use spots or floods. Ron |
