Plumbing costs for Bar?

We currently have a finished basement that is getting updated. We are re-using the existing bar area and keeping it's plumbing intact to use as a wine area, and then making a new bar about 20 feet away from our current sink area. Curious to plumbing costs associated. I understand the concrete will need to be broken and pipes installed. New bar will only consist of sink, disposal, and possibly set up for ice maker.

I was quoted about $1800. Fair??

I'm sure costs vary with location but that sounds reasonable to me. I was quoted $800 to install the plumbing for a basement bathroom with me breaking the concrete and furnishing the materials.
