Wiring for Home Theator in the basement

I am planning to run wiring for Home theator projector, surround sound,telephone/network cables.I need to run around 300 feet Speaker cable wire for 7.1 surround sound system. What kind of wire I need for speakers?(16G/14G) Also What kind of vedio cables I need for the Home Theator Projector?(HDMI/S-Vedio/CoaxCable). The distance between the projector and system is around 25 feet.And max distance between the receiver and speakers is 45 feet. What kind of wire I need for computer networking and Telephone lines? I appreciate your suggestions. Thanks, Sam

My suggestion is that you speak with a reputable retailer whose equipment you either already own or intend to purchase. A schematic of the area along with known interference items such as electrical will enable them to advise the correct shielded cable(s) for your application.
