| Can anyone provide a recommendation for a contractor who will repair a foundation from the outside for a reasonable cost in the western suburbs of Chicago? Thanks. -- Bud |

| I went with Perma-seal for my basement waterproofing needs. The company may not be the cheapest, but they are very professional, are extremely low-pressure during sales (basically just give you some information and a few recommendations and tell you to give them a call if you decide). Also, their warranty is unmatched, although I haven't had to worry since they installed a french drain system in my basement 2 years ago. Not a drop of moisture since! |
