| We had some snow and rain. My wife found a flood (a few large very puddles really) that appear to have come in from the bilco door, ie down the steps, thru the inside door into my basement. Does this mean my doors are no good? Should I be removing snow from then each time it snows? I never had bilco doors in my old house and have only been living in this house a year. The doors are 20 years old. |

| You might have a seal that needs replaced or caulking failure etc... get under the doors and shine a light to see where the daylight is coming in and replace the failed seal or caulk. |
