Hi.The previous owner of our home had dug out a crawlspace in an effort, I believe, to redo this small room off of the finished basement. He didn't finish so we are left with an exposed dirt crawlspace and an exposed brick and concrete floor. Since moving in we had closed the room off with door, covered the dirt with plastic, and had to install a radon mitagator. It's rather hard to explain but I can e-mail some pics if helpful.I'd like to redo the room and maybe creat a bathroom or laundary/storage area but I don't know where to begin.
