Dividing Conditioned and Unconditioned Space

What is the correct way to divide the area above a drop ceiling between a conditioned and unconditioned space. Veiw the picture in the link below to see the area I am talking about.

I have read that I can roll up a batt of fiberglass, put in a impermeable plastic bag and stick it in there. I am trying to keep the warm air in the conditioned space from going to the cold areas.
