Insulation question: space between basement wall and stud wall.

I've insulated my basement walls with XPS foam board and have framed against that for most of my basement (will put batt insulation between studs. However, I'm planning on framing my back wall about a foot away from the poured wall.

My question is...

The back wall currently has 2" XPS glued against it (R-10). Since I'm going to be putting my stud wall out a foot with insulation in that stud wall, should I be concerned about my drain pipe to the septic tank and some water pipes freezing since they would be between the insulated stud wall and the concrete wall? Or will the 2" of XPS and the fact that 90% of that back concrete wall is below grade be enough to keep the cold out?

Any advice or recommendations about how I should do this differently? Thanks.
