Titen Concretet Screws????

I need 1/4 x 3 1/4 tapcon screws and they are do not stock these by me. I saw these on Ebay...titen screws...anyone know if they are of good quality> Anyone ever used them? Anyone care to reccomend a non Tapcon brand?
