Pouring cement in crawlspace.

We have a dirt crawlspace and we are getting cocrete poured in.

the crawlspace overall slopes from front to back, (sloping lot) and is rather uneven, sudden pits.

I have seen small pubbles of water on the dirt floor sometimes so worry that this might happen even with the crawlspace. Is there anything I can instruct my concrete guy to do about grading the concrete in a certain direction so that the water if it showes up accumulates in one place ?

Also he say he was going to use something called 5/8 or something for gravel under the concrete, whereas i have read it needs to be coarse gravel to help water percolate to the sides...

Thanks
