Insofast insulation and framing in one step?

Has anyone used the insofast panels (insofast.com)? They qualify for the %30 tax credit so I'm thinking about using them to do my basement. Basically they are 2x4 two inch panels of foam with built in plastic studs that you screw the drywall to. From the estimates I've received, it will save me money to install them myself rather than pay someone to put XPS on the walls and frame. I got a quote of $1.68 a sq ft ($13.45) a panel. With the tax credit it would be $1.17 a sq ft. That's not bad to insulate (r10) and frame the exterior walls! Does anyone have anything bad to say about them? My biggest concern is that you glue them to the wall so if the glue fails your whole wall could fall down. I plan on driving some nails or tapcon screws into each panel to be safe.
Thanks

Insofast's R-11.08 is inadequate anywhere north of the Mason-Dixon line, according to Dr. Joe Lstiburek of the Building Science Corp. It is also below Code in many areas.

Otherwise it sounds like a creative idea. Insofast instructions specifically provide for using fasteners in the plastic studs.

A brief review in the Journal of Light Construction suggests that installation costs are a wash vs. building from scratch. I've seen experienced framers (2) knock together a couple of hundred feet of exterior framing in a morning. If you're not experienced, it's another matter.

What level of insulation is adequate for a basement in New England. I checked the Building Science site, but could not find the level of insulation suggested. I am sure it was there, but coudn't find it.

Here are the US Department of Energy recommendations.

Here are the Building America and Building Science prototype details.

There are numerous examples of individual builders who have far exceeded these recommendations, reducing heating/cooling costs to virtually nothing. The economic feasibility of superinsulating relates to your expected time of ownership and your ability to inject sweat equity into the project.
