| I'm building a 6x7' sauna in our basement. What insulation should be used for the walls and ceiling? I've read R13 for walls and R26 (doubling the R13) for the ceiling. Also, should I use foil faced insulation? Or should I go with a heavy duty aluminum foil over the insulation to reflect heat and create a vapor barrier? Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you. |
