I used it my last house and i am currently using it now. The smell is pretty strong when you first apply it, but it goes away pretty quickly. Its amazing how much dryer and warmer the basement is already, without even insulation yet.

My cinder block basement walls appear to have paint on them. Can I paint the Drylock over that?
