There are alot of trade people looking for work these days. Search out a couple and have them give you an estimate. Just make certain they are insured and can give references.

A bigger issue, I suspect, will the any insulation which may have absorbed moisture. I may be necessary to remove additional drywall to extract damaged batts, replace those, then make the drywall repair. Drywall is fairly inexpensive and the labor to remove/replace will be about the same.
