A friend wants to paint that popcorn paint for ceilings right on his poured concrete basement walls. He says the 5 gallon jug covers 150 sq ft and can be used on concrete. I say the jug says its for 'ceilings'. He says he never heard of concrete ceilings! Will this work. I'd think it would not hold up well; especially with kids.
