Hi: My apartment has steel doors as most apartments have and my refrigerator has steel doors also. I have found dozens of magnetic business card type items for free at my vets, walmart eye center, etc. Some are even heart shaped. For everyday, I use double-face tape to mount photos of trips, children, etc. onto the magnetic stuff I got for free. Then I just use the back door or the refrigerator door as a display for my photos.

Today I used the double-tape to mount all my Christmas cards to make the place more festive. I even put some colorful Christmas cards on the outside of my door because my wreath was too heavy for the door. In the summer I have a very light weight decoration for the outside of the door and again I use the free magnetic pieces I have found. Merry Christmas.
