Condo rules

We have 2 positions for directors empty on our Assoc board. Do we have to wait until general elections in March or can we fill those spots mid term.

| I would think any organization created with any sense would have a way to replace a board member should one resign, or leave, etc., midterm. So look at the rules; there's a strong likelihood that there's a mechanism available. |

| Even if the rules do not outline any specific provisions, I am certain the rules do outline a procedure to periodically amend the rules should the need arise. |
