Who pays for outside repair?

| My electrical box on the outside of the condo has to be repaired or replaced. The condo management is saying it is *my* responsibility as it serves only my condo. But its on the outside! I thought only *inside* repairs were mine......anyone have any insite on this matter? Help, Im a new owner and don't know my way around these matters yet... |

| It's on the outside of necessity - not a decorating choice, but is very much your 'baby' and I'd think your responsibility - it's not as if a) you were renting, or b) it was the only box for the whole bldg. |
