MOLD in apartment

| Has anyone ever suspected of or had a mold problem in their apt.? I am currently in a garden/in ground level and my 2 exterior walls are showing signs of mold. I am working with management to try to switch to another (above ground!) apartment for the same price. Just wondering about other's problems/solutions for EVERYTHING Stinking like mold! Clothes can be washed, but what about furniture? A good cleanign with a disinfectant, safe for the material opf the furniture? I am also thinkign that when I move, being out of the moldy environment will help air-out some of my belongings. Any suggestions? |

| I've never dealt with mold on furniture. I'd post this on the Cleaning Tips forum--there are many knowledgeable people who post there who could give you some tips. |
