Hi everyone. I have been having a lot of trouble with my landlord. He allowed a gal to move in and she has done nothing but bring meth addicts here who make noise all night and yesterday one took down what turned out to be overhead phone and cable lines when cutting down a 15-20ft palm tree. I've called the police on them probably 30 times since April (and that is no exaggeration) due to excessive noise after 10pm.He thought it was funny that everyone but me knew he was out of the country on vacationat the time all this was happening. He claimed he left his phone at home and that's why he didn't respond to my 22 phone calls to him. This morning I called the police and then my landlord because this neighbor let one of her friends park her car so that it was blocking the only way in and out of the complex. He was outraged that I called the police again and my landlord said if I call the police one more time that he was going to write me up. He obviously doesn't want me calling the police, but why? And, more imporantly, does he have the right to keep me from calling the police and threaten me with eviction especially when the other tenant is in the wrong? He says I'm to get out of my car and go knock on her door every single time I want to come home or leave. Is this really how this works??
