I was wondering if anyone ever used those paysites that give you listings for apartments are any good to use? I am in need of a 1 bdrm apartment for my wife and I along with our 6 yr dalmatian and saw several apartments listed in the area we want to move to but in order to get the landlords phone number you have to pay a fee anywhere's from $60 - 150. Anyone use Rentwave.com, rent123.com, etc? Thanks

Try the local newspaper and then craigslist.com

I've never had any luck with the services you mention ... as a landlord OR a tenant.

Try www.rentnet.com instead, it's free.
