any advice?

wife and i sold our home and are moving into a 2nd floor apartment style condo, along with our chihuahua. looks to be a real time and money saver for us, as i`am a few yrs from retirement. the place is mostly retirees, and snowbirds that spend the summer here. i work nite shift to the tune of 84 hrs a week and wife works days, most likely no one will even know we are there. i sleep from 6 a.m. til 2:30 p.m. then walk 2 miles on my treadmill shower, then its off to work. wife gets home at 5:00 p.m. walks a mile, reads her book and hits the rack at 9:00 p.m. she`s up and gone by 7:00 a.m. dog dosent bark. anything i need to look out for?? or avoid??

RE: any advice?

I'd avoid working 84 hours a week ;)

Nothing unless your treadmill is loud or makes noise towards the person below. If you have neighbors above you may want to put a fan in your room while sleeping to drown out noises.
