| I'm considering renting a condo and was wondering whether anyone had tips on this variation of apartment living. Just thinking about things briefly, apartments have maintenance crews while condo associations have ... something that should be made clear, right? I mean if a major leak occurs, I should know who to call, right? Any other things I should think to have spelled out in the lease that differ from apartments living? |

| Ask the owner to provide you with a copy of the bylaws and the maintenance agreement. Ask him for a "who to call" list. He has the same responsibilities as any other landlord. |
