| Is the board required to allow a shareholder to see the minutes from their monthly meetings upon request by the shareholder? Additionally, is the board required to allow a shareholder to read the contents of the Co-op's multi-peril insurance policy if the shareholder requests to do so? |

| If I were a shareholder, certainly an owner, I would absolutely want to see the minutes and the insurance policy, and I believe it is a right - after all, what is a co-op about?! |
