| Regarding the monthly Co-op board meeting (not the annual shareholder meeting), does the board have to allow shareholders to be present if they want to? Our board allows it but then saves many items for its executive session which it does not allow shareholders to remain for. Is there a rule as to what they are allowed to call executive session topics? |

| What are they discussing in executive sessions? If they are working under Roberts Rules of Order, which it sounds like they are. The only thing they can discuss in executive session are things like ligigation. Or where a public discussion would disclose information about a person or business. |
