ceiling damage from storm

I live in a Co-op. After the big rainstorm in March 2010, I experienced damage to my living room ceiling. The damage was caused by bad seals on the windows of the apartment above me; water dripped down. The windows of that apartment are the original windows from the Co-op and the original seals. Is the Co-op responsible for fixing my ceiling?

You need to ask them what their policies are on such things - each one has different regulations, etc.
