| Hi again,
Does anyone know what the chances are of mildew coming back after it is all removed and the area is dried up? After the water fiasco, I found mildew on the walls of that closet, my linen closet, the closet where the air conditioner and hot water heater is housed, and under my bathroom sink. They are all along the same wall where the leak occurred, so I'm assuming it just traveled along?! Any comments or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

| If the area is dry - very slim. Have the landlord seal the area with KILZ alcohol-based shellac, then repaint. |
