| I live in a wonderful 2 BR, ground floor, huge garage, fabulous patio apartment in a 4-plex! I have a washer/dryer/ dishwasher and almost 1100 sq ft! My Landlord is a past Judge and I pay 540.00 a month!! I am 49, divorced, kids all gone, no pets, no smoking.. and am thrilled with my apartment. I CAN afford a house and with a huge credit score I could slide into one with ease, BUT I PREFER my lovely apartment! I just lock the door if I want to go to a really big town to shop! I only live 6 minutes from work and have no maintenance... I do a ton of container gardening.. LOVE IT!!! There really is no better way to live!!

| Wow, that sounds really great, especially the rent! A house payment, insurance and taxes would certainly be a lot higher. Plus, that special asset, no maintenance. I say you're a lucky girl. |
