| Hello everyone,
I am single ,but am taking care of (and financially supporting )my parents.I would like to know if I can rent a 1 bdrm apt or since there are 3 adults living here,whether by law I need to rent a 2 bdrm apt? Basically I would like to know the NY law regarding the # of occupants in a 1or 2 bdrm apt(all adults). Thanx in advance |

| You'll have to ask a New York lawyer, or look up the law on the web. Try looking for the city name In AZ, the number of people depends on the square footage of the dwelling unit, not any specific number of bedrooms. |
