| I am interested in renting in a complex owned by ERC Properties and was wondering if anyone had any experience with this company and how you felt their system worked? They are located from Iowa going on down south in Texas, New Mexico, etc. This will be the first time I have rented by myself and am learning as I go so any information on them would be great and any advice otherwise is welcome. Thanks! |

| Check with the Better Business Bureau in the town you are renting in. AND ... make sure you do a walkthrough and get a list of damages, SIGNED, from the rental agent, and know your rights and responsibilities as a tenant. Your state undoubtedly has a "Residential Landlord and Tenant" act. |
