 o
slow to respond to repair requests-costed me money!

Howell Mill Ridge Apts in Atlanta, GA- I am not a student. I am a full-time professional that expected the same respect I gave them. They failed me on two areas in which repair requests were not responded to in over 3 weeks and I ended up having to pay, even though the apartment complex admitted they were delayed. The staff act like they care, but only seem to be out for the interest of the property management company and take advantage of their tenants. I was an excellent tenant, always paid on time, and only complained when my thermostat was broken, causing astronomical raise in energy used, and was very patient waiting over a month when I first moved in for them to fix the water situation with my washer. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone.

You should check the GA landlord/tenant laws. Some states allow the tenant to deduct the cost of repairs from their rent if reasonable attempts were made to get the landlord to do it and the landlord didn't.
