Smoke enters my apartment from next house

Hello,

I stay in an apartment near Banashankari Bangalore. My neighbour uses old styled water heating mechanism and the smoke caused due to heating enters my building. My wall color has blackened due to it and plus early morning a lot of smoke is released which is causing too many problems. We cannot even open doors and windows early morning.

Please suggest on how this problem can be addressed. Is there any way to take legal action?

Without copies of tenancy law in Bangalore no one could answer this. You need to consult a local lawyer. From what I hear of the slowness of the legal system in India, I would advise you to be prepared for a long wait.
