Miele demo mode, Help!

Need Help!
We purchased Miele Refrigerator K1801vi (30") and Freezer F1411vi (18") Display models for our new home. Just installed today and we found out you need to take out of Demo mode to turn on the compressors. MIele is closed for the weekend just received final building inspection and we cant turn on the appliances. Miele manual has no information on how to switch the program on to run. Any one who knows the secret. Thanks

Hi

Did your fridge start operating when taken out of demo mode? We have a freezer that was apparently in demo mode but after 12 hours it is still not cooling.

This video shows how to put it in demo mode but it could be used to reverse out of demo mode too. Not sure if this is your model but concept could be similar. HTH
