I get condensation on the inside door as it begins to heat. Natural gas releases a tremendous amount of water vapor as it burns . So the condensation is not a sign of a problem, as far as I know.

This is from the BlueStar owners' manual:

You may observe the following during the pre-heating process. All are normal.
ï· Condensation on the front of the range including the oven door, oven window, control panel and side
panel. It will disappear as the oven heats.
ï· Popping sounds as the metal in the oven expands.

Perfectly normal, mine does the same thing.
Also when I heat up the griddle, as I do two or three times a day, the cast iron burners along side it sweat for a bit until it comes up to temp.
Any condensation goes away once enough heat dissipates it.

jasper, as mwkbear points out, there is a loud pop, though it sounds more like a boom, that happens as my oven as my oven is cooling down. It startled me the first several dozen times because it is usually 10 to 15 minutes after I turn off the oven. Nothing is wrong, it is just the sound of the metal changing its size as it cools.
